Fees

Individual, Couple, or Family Talk-Therapy Session: $185 per 1-hour session

Teletherapy Video Session via Doxy.me: $185 per 1-hour session

Hypnotherapy Session: $370 per 2-hour session

Additional Time: pro-rated at the $185 per hour rate*

*If you wish to add more time to your initial meeting with me, feel free to request this when scheduling and I would be happy to accommodate your request to the best of my ability. As therapy progresses, you may occasionally desire additional time. I encourage you to request this whenever needed.

Insurance

I do not currently participate in any health insurance plans.  If your insurance provides coverage for “out of network providers” I strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out what kind of “out of network” mental health benefits they provide.  If you do have such benefits available, I can provide you with a Superbill that contains all of the information you will need to submit your own claim to the insurance company.  I have had several clients experience success with receiving significant reimbursement from their insurance company to cover a portion of my fees.

You may also be able to use our sessions towards a deductible, or utilize HSA, HRA, or FSA accounts to cover my services.

Payment

Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.  Credit cards can be added to your portal profile to be kept on file and are the most convenient form of payment. All invoices from your sessions can be found in your portal under the “billing” tab. If you need a Superbill to submit to your HSA/FSA or Insurance plan, please request this of me and I can email this to you after each session or on a monthly basis. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me by text or phone call with as much notice as reasonably possible, or you cancel within one hour of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full fee for your session.  If you call or text me to cancel your appointment with reasonable notice, I will gladly reschedule your session without any charge to you.
